Serverless Days: Student Edition is a 2-day free and virtual conference for people starting their journey with serverless. Despite the prevalence of this technology in industry, many aspiring software engineers, college-educated CS students and self-taught developers alike, have never learned it. Many resources to do so can be expensive or confusing for beginners.
Bit Project’s Serverless Camp program equips students with the tools to easily learn this invaluable skill and gain a solid foundation to build upon in their careers. Serverless Days, the culmination of this 8-week program, will feature tech talks from beginner students about their serverless projects as well as talks and workshops from more experienced serverless professionals. Attendees will walk away with the knowledge and resources required to get started with serverless themselves.
This year, we expect to host 200+ attendees and 15+ talks/workshops!
Bit Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is working to make technical education more accessible. By developing educational resources and programs that are open source and free to all, we hope to create a bridge for those in traditionally underrepresented groups to break into the tech industry.
